The user agrees to use the platform solely for professional and lawful purposes related to agricultural management. They are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying the software without express authorization is not permitted.
Mypermacultureapp provides simulation and analysis tools based on agronomic models. The results generated are estimates and do not constitute guarantees of actual performance. The company is not liable for business decisions, crop losses, or damages arising from the use of the information provided by the platform. The user assumes all risks associated with the interpretation of the data.
All content, code, design, and functionalities of Mypermacultureapp are the exclusive property of its developers. The user acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to the contracted subscription period.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time by written request to info@mypermacultureapp.com. Mypermacultureapp reserves the right to suspend access in case of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment. In the event of suspension, fees paid for unused periods will not be refunded.
Mypermacultureapp may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
